Online System Helps Franchisee Focus at Fitness Franchise
An Australian women's weight loss and fitness center Healthy Inspirations has installed a customer relationship management system to help support franchisees and have been experiencing improvements in conversion rates.
Jamie Hayes director of Healthy Inspirations states, "It's helped us increase our conversion rate across all centres in excess of 15 percent and secondary revenue per member per week has gone up $2. When you have 8,000 members that's significant."
The Centres go to Salesforce.com on line. CRM system is based on the internet. It is not on a computer or server. Staff at centres go on line once a week to enter 10 key members and get key sales ratios calulated.
This creates a very focused support and training system. Zees in the fitness business can feel isolated. This gives the zees the support they need.
The firm uses Salesforce.com online's CRM systems.
