WASHINGTON — On Sunday's television news interviews, Republican leaders said that they would not relent on the sequestration of across the board automatic cuts that kicked in on March 1 as Congress remained deadlocked on budget cut decisions.
LEXINGTON, Ky. — Janney Capital Markets maintained its rating of buy for McDonald's stock (NYSE:MCD) based on its anticipation that same-store sales for McDonald's restaurant units will gradually improve in 2013. "We believe that investors are more prepared today than they were in September for the tough sales comparisons," said Mark Kalinowski, analyst for Janney.

ATLANTA — While the regional franchisee developers association hoped to play an integral role in finding a new buyer for Massage Envy, one with whom they could form a long-term relationship alliance, that prospect has now diminished.
