Protecting Intellectual Property

With so much out there on the internet and state laws tending to be geared towards protecting employees, other than a confidentiality agreement, it is difficult to do.

What's the law on non-compete agreements for franchise employees

What is the law on non-compete agreements for employees? Will they stand up in court??? How does an employee "stealing confidential proprietory information from a franchise affect the franchise owners obligation and liability to the franchisor?

Non-competes

Re: Non-competes

But how does it affect the franchisee and its legal obligations if an employee quits and "steals" propoietory information??
