The ad claims that Puretaqueria might be the hottest and busiest restaurant in America. The prototype opened in 2005 outside of Atlanta, Georgia. The 1500 sf restaurant seats 100 people and turns them eight or nine times a night. The franchisor only wants prospects with at least 5 years experience in the restaurant business.

The franchisor founder says, "We'll certainly have an operations manual that our franchisees will be viable, having all the menus and all the recipes, from everything to unlocking the door in the morning to locking up at night."

They've just sold their very first franchise, which will be set up in Birmingham, Alabama. That franchisee is really excited. "It's a slam dunk," he says. (Videostream 7:30 min)
