Quiznos Now Paying Settlement Money

This bodacious bird has heard that Quiznos has just released its settlement money in the class action lawsuit charging the company with fraud and antitrust price fixing. Valued at $206 million, it is one of the largest settlements in the history of the franchise industry.  Damages to Quiznos franchise owner-operators that opted into the class action lawsuit are now in process of being distributed.
