Surprising Results For Franchisee Success
The largest survey of Australian franchisees ever undertaken reportedly reveals which franchisees have a higher probability of being financially successful.
Business psychologist Greg Nathan at The Franchise Relationships Institute had researchers canvass more than 1,800 franchisees and the findings deliver some surprises.
Each franchisee completed a 210-item questionnaire on their background, work patterns, attitudes and satisfaction with the business. Performance data was also collected independently, enabling the researchers to identify the factors driving performance and satisfaction.SmartCompany
