I am trying to gather information from franchise owners on the effectiveness of their internal intranets/web boards/other.
1. Are there any other methods from the intranet/boards that you communicate?
2. What % do you use them?
3. Is it mostly owners or are the associates using it more?
4. Do you feel you have the freedom to express your thoughts without penalty.
5. If you have time, (: - please give me a positive example of how internal blogs help you.
Any suggestions for a better system for stores to communicate between each other?!!
