Taco Del Mar Franchising Corp. on Friday filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy .

Taco Del Mar’s 20 largest creditors are owed a total of $1.7 million. The three largest creditors include Suzanne Todd, a franchisee in Maryland, with a disputed claim for $500,000; Paul & Shahnaz Hendifar, with a $125,416 judgment entered in Texas; and the Canada Revenue Agency, with a $105,324 tax claim. - Puget Sound Business Journal
