The Fran Whack Top Ten List To Be Published Without Charge

The offices of Richard A Solomon announces that it will soon publish, without charge, it's list of the top ten franchises that, in the opinion of Mr. Solomon are the least investment worthy franchises being offered in America.

The FranWhack Top Ten Bozo franchise list will be published on the FranWhack page of www.FranchiseRemedies.com and, with permission from Mr BlueMauMau his own self, on www.BlueMauMau.org.

The reasons for this are two fold. First, it is intended to be a business builder for Mr. Solomon's practice. Second, there are so many FranWhack candidates that giving out the names of the top ten is really not a big sacrifice, and it may just do some good.

A company's presence on the FranWhack top ten list means that in Mr. Solomon's opinion they are not investment worthy. His reasons for his opinion will not be given, but one may rather easily, with a little thought, figure out most of the reasons.

This is also intended to publicize his forthcoming continuing legal education seminar program on FRANCHISE KILLER DUE DILIGENCE BOOT CAMP. The theme of Boot Camp is that too many lawyers are advising potential franchise investors with no clue about how to go about due diligence. Almost all of the failed franchisees in America went to a lawyer for assistance before they signed their franchise agreements. That in itself is serious evidence that being cost friendly but value deficient is not a positive service to anyone thinking about taking franchise investment level risks.
