The Price of Law

Think of the implications this has for the franchisees who are trying to access justice in the courts.   Certainly,  most of the judges in the nation come from the most pretigious sector,  the corporate business sector.

Or,  am I wrong?   Where do our judges come from?   Are they politically active before they are appointed to the bench?   Are the individual justice goals of the justice system and the concept of the rights of individuals as being central to our democracy being sacrificed because the law is dominated by the business sector?
