Toyota CEO Apologizes, Vows to "Rethink Everything"

After being called before U.S. lawmakers because of safety concerns with its vehicles, the CEO of Toyota Motor Corporation, Akio Toyoda, became emotional right after the meeting as he thanked dealers for their support. Hundreds of franchisees rallied on Capitol Hill to support their CEO.

"We have to rethink everything about our operations," Toyoda announced.
