Dr. Liz Spencer is Assistant Professor, Faculty of Law at Bond University in Queensland, Australia. Liz is researching the regulation of franchising in Australia for her doctorate degree. She has been a member of the State Bar of Texas since 1996. She practiced law in Dallas and served on the staff of Southern Methodist University.

Assistant Professor Spencer has been a member of the State Bar of Texas since 1996. She practiced law in Dallas and served on the staff of Southern Methodist University before becoming an editor for Kluwer Law International in The Hague.
Since joining Bond in 2001, Assistant Professor Spencer has lectured in Business Law, Business Associations, the Law of Commercial Entities, Introduction to Cross Border Transactions, and Contemporary Issues in Law and Society; she has also tutored in Constitutional Law.
