My main purpose at Blue Mau Mau is to demystify the legal language in Franchise Offering Circular and the Franchise Agreement.

I also wade in on franchise lawsuits, the viability of certain franchise networks, and the Fair and Collaborative Franchising Model of the AAFD.

The purchase of a franchise is a serious undertaking, but few engage in serious due diligence.

Sometimes the reasons are psychological, other times it is ignorance, and too often people don't read the underlying documents with any serious skepticism.

The operation of a franchise, as opposed to running the underlying business, requires understanding complex documents and relationships.

Just because you can boil water doesn't qualify you to repair your gas range. You need to have professional, experienced help: that is what I bring to your table.
