I’m Nick Bibby, principal of the Bibby Group, an international franchise consulting firm.
My work as a franchise consultant can be summed up in one sentence: I strive to better the franchise industry.
I "do not” sell franchises. Instead I provide "fee for service" consulting to those interested in franchising a business and those in need of "due diligence" assistance when buying a franchise.
Franchising has room for every entrepreneurial "type" (including franchisor, franchisee, independent supplier, and visionary), and therefore, it is my favorite niche under the huge umbrella of self-employment options.
If you are new to franchising, become educated enough to discern the difference between earth and blue sky. If you are a fixture in the industry, then take the high road and help make it a better place to live and work.
