Prior to forming Peter Birkeland Consulting, Peter completed a turnaround as CEO of a steel manufacturing company, and he has worked with Gary Hamel, foremost strategy expert, as well as Director of Change Management at Accenture.

Peter received his master's and Ph.D. at the University of Chicago, where he continues to teach at the Graham School.
