I am a lawyer whose practice focuses on franchise matters,antitrust issues and crisis counselling - bet the company situations. My practice information may be found at FranchiseRemedies.com.
I deal mainly with very tough situations in which I am charged with challenging what is presented as fact by companies that may or may not be legit. Accordingly, I have developed a very tough hide, and I have no reservations about calling anyone out whose position I feel is not reliable. My gruff style and personality fit my work perfectly, but I am not considered politically correct or always tactful. Nobody cons my clients and gets away with it.
I am in your face if I think you are being devious. I may be in your face if I believe you are making inaccurate statements, even if you do not intend to be devious. That's just how I am, and my clients usually appreciate that.
