Andrew Puzder, CKE Restaurants CEO, speaks with CNBC's Fast Money crew (video, 5:02 min) on why investors have shorted CKE and gone long for McDonald's. Puzder says CKE largely corporate owned so operations hit hard by increasing food costs, while McDonald's, who has much higher percentage of franchisees, is cushioned from such food costs because the franchisor takes royalties from the top line.
