What are the marks and functions associated with the stories?

A writer of a news story can later edit what they have written. All they have to do is log-in and select the "edit" tab on top of the story. Each story has five stars at the bottom that allows the reader to rank the story for its content. Zero stars is worst to five stars being the best.

The trackback URL is a permanent weblink to refer to this specific story on the web. 

In addition, a reader can add a comment about the story. To the right are three tags that allow the reader to tag or bookmark the story for delicious , digg and technorati services.
