What Happens When Franchisors "Forget" To Include Ex-Zs in UFOC

I am a new member to BMM but I have read it for some time. I left a franchise system several years ago and noticed along with several former Z's that no potential Z's ever called us for due dilligence.

I have now learned that 15 people left the system without being disclosed in the UFOC.This is significant considering there are only 75 franchises in the USA.I truly feel we were left off because we would of spoke our mind about this Zor.While not as evil as Quiznos, this is still a very misleading practice. This "mistake" has been occuring for several years now with no end in sight. I realize that after 3 years of time passes, from a person leaving a system, they do not have to include former Z's in the FDD.Any advice on who I can turn these people into?I sold my business, at a profit, so I have no axe to grind, just looking to protect new Z's.I won't mention their name here unless BMM allows it.Or you can send me a email and I'll fill you in.

Thanks

For those unfamiliar with

For those unfamiliar with what's going on...  As I understand it, 23 Radiance franchisees filed a class action lawsuit against Radiance corporate for failing to live up to the franchise agreement and substantial misrepresentations in the UFOC. Radiance was given 90 days to respond or the franchisees would consider Radiance's franchise agreement to be void.
