I believe that I am probably ahead of the other Wireless Toyz franchisees’ attorneys in the sense that the case against Wireless Toyz in which I am Plaintiff’s counsel is farther along in “law of the case” terms.

We have done a great deal of the requisite research and are somewhat advanced in our trial prep investigation projects.

I respectfully suggest that all counsel representing

Wireless Toyz franchisees join with me in a coalition for the purpose of sharing information, already completed research and other management and tactical coordination matters, for the mutual benefit of our clients.

We should not each have to invent the whole wheel in dealing with this franchisor. All our clients could benefit from our being in regular communication with each other.
