WIRELESS TOYZ: CONTINUED SEARCH FOR WITNESSES TO WIRELESS TOYZ FRANCHISE ABUSES

I am the attorney for former Wireless Toyz franchisee Steve Wiley/GRS, of Houston, Texas. We are in litigation against Wireless Toyz in Federal Court in Houston, Texas, claiming that Wireless Toyz made fraudulent misrepresentations about how their system worked and how it performed financially. The Federal Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit has recently held that our suit was a valid claim for fraud, and we are now engaged in discovery and in trial preparation. 

We believe that Mr. Wiley is not the only franchisee who was misled and abused by Wireless Toyz, and we are inviting people who are familiar with Wireless Toyz’s practices to contact us with information that we can use to show the jury just what it is that we had to go through with this company. 

We will provide subpoena and other protection for any person who would be willing to provide information, and the protection of a subpoena trumps any agreement that you may have been coerced to sign in which you agreed not to tell what you know about how Wireless Toyz does business or in which you agreed not to disparage Wireless Toyz.
