Here's an audio of a San Clemente woman calling 911 because her order at Burger King isn't what she wanted. Why have the 911 dispatcher concentrate on calls where lives need to be saved when there's a burger that needs fixing?

Any QSR owners out there have suggestions on how to calm such a customer down, or what to do with them?
