Steve Joyce recently appeared on the television program Undercover Boss, where he disguised himself to work unrecognized among hotel staff. He shaved his mustache and dyed his hair.  Regarding his appearance, Joyce speaks to HotelChatter about lessons learned.

These words should mean a lot. Will Joyce truly accomplish what he has said above? How many times has Choice Hotel International promised franchisees or members of Choice Hotels Owners Council something and not delivered on it?
