The interactive map below shows worldwide retail prices of gasoline in US cents per litre. The price of mean unleaded Octane 95 gas (petroleum) is compared in more than 180 countries. 

Price data reflect a crude oil price (Brent) of US$ 81 per barrel (51 US cents per litre) in mid-November 2010.

It's no surprise that consumers and small business owners in Venezuela, Iran and Saudi Arabia have the cheapest gas expenses on the planet. Eritrea and Turkey have the highest.
