Re Call Center

The mom and pop Call Centers in this country are finished. The big boys are stepping in. If you are not good outbound call center. You will need 100 seats or more for an inbound customer service campaign. And getting them you have a small chance with the larger Call Centers. My advice to anyone in this country trying to run a Call Center under 100 seats. Save your money. Unless you can run a real outbound campaign. Sport Book and on-line pharmacy in this country ran well for a few years. Lets see If these sales managers can run real campaigns with real Call Center procedures.

I have found that people are looking for quality. I prefer to run campaigns that have less than 100 seats to deliver good results and to keep my agent's morals high.

2000 seat boiler rooms are not the answer for top customer service.
