Domino’s Launches Apple Watch App

ANN ARBOR, Mich.—Domino's (NYSE: DPZ) announced this week that it has launched a new app for the Apple Watch.

Customers can track on their Apple Watch when the order is received, when the pizza is placed in the oven and when it is ready. Domino's is one of the first in the U.S. pizza industry to bring this tracking capability to Apple Watch.

Dennis Maloney, Domino's vice president and chief digital officer said, "Partnering with the world's leading technology innovator to give Domino's customers yet another way to track their order is one more way we hope to make customers' experiences even better and more convenient."

From the watch face, Apple Watch users will be able to swipe up to quickly access the Domino's Glance. Glances are shortcuts to the apps users view most frequently. The Domino's Glance will feature a brief status update of a customer's current order.
