I can can come up with 30-50 % down to qualify for an SBA backed loan. I am working with a loan packager that charges $2500 to "package" the loan and find a lender for me.
I'm curious whether anyone has experience in converting their dealers to franchisees, or whether anyone has been a dealer that was converted to a franchisee?
I am a new member to BMM but I have read it for some time.
I recently took a job working for a dear friend. Little did I know but his right hand man(my boss) is extremely difficult to get along with.
What's the scoop on financing a franchise? What resources are out there? Are some franchises easier to get financing than others?
